Privacy notice

What happens to the details you send through the inquiry form on axi0.art, and what this site does not collect.

Who is responsible

Angel Melendez, who runs the axi0 studio, is responsible for the personal data described here (the “controller”). To reach him about it, use the inquiry form, as described under Your choices.

What the inquiry form stores

The inquiry record does not include your IP address, details about your browser or any cookie.

The consent wording now in use is version v1: “Contact me about this inquiry.” If the wording changes, the version stored with new inquiries changes with it.

What it’s used for

Only to read and answer your inquiry, and to talk with you about it. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their own use.

An inquiry is kept while it’s needed for that, and deleted sooner if you ask.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts and images come from axi0.art itself: no page loads anything from another website.

Server logs

Like most web servers, ours keeps an access log for security. For each request it records the time, the page asked for, the referring page, the IP address the request came from and the browser type. That means the log shows that a form was sent from an IP address at a certain time, but not what the form said. Access logs are deleted after 11 days at most.

Cloudflare

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which sits between your browser and our server to serve the pages and filter out attacks. To do that, Cloudflare processes connection details such as your IP address. Its own privacy policy describes how.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the inquiry form with “Privacy request” in the message and say what you’d like. Use the email address you used before, so we can find your inquiry.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
